Valery Katkalo
Dean,
Sberbank Corporate University
The technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are based on the digitalization not only of the products and processes, but also of the people behavior at work and beyond it. We consider digital skills to be a "third cluster", which is no less significant than the cluster of professional and soft skills. The novelty, diversityand requisite speed of digital skills development pose a number of new challenges for education both at classical and corporate universities – from choosing the methods of content formation and priority learning technologies to discussing the very need for teachers and their role in the learning process.
